I don't do PPC, personally, but my clients use this guy.Nicklas Thistlewoodthis guy is a BEAST.This is what you should do bud.Find out the cost / deal for your DMM you are about to do.Then find out the cost/deal for PPC using this guy I mentioned.Also figure out the cognitive cost/ deal for both (thiis is how much effort and trouble and time it will cost you to make that deal).THEN pick the right method.Remember Facebook ads, PPC, and SEO target motivated selelrs.DMM absolutely does NOT.facebook ads and PPC and SEO have people take the initiative to find you.

DONE.Wholesalers are often too eager to get a deal they will sign anything they can get.You WILL fail.The #1 hurdle with wholesaling and REI in general is finding deeply discounted properties that are off market, like clockwork, on demand and fully automated... at low cost.Look into SEO and you will be all set!

I would recommend becoming the "authority" in your market with a combination of SEO, PPC/Facebook Ads & social media marketing.

You may also consider learning a computer trade (like SEO) where you can one day benefit from by generating your own leads.

We also have a good carrot website with strong SEO, my cost on those deals is zero but there's no reason for me to stop sending mail because I get such a great return.
