Non professional painter on similar property charged $700 but cut corners and was not a careful with paint but still better than what I would do myself. 4.new rear deck on 20x30ftno experience here. depends a lot on what material would be used. 5. new drop ceiling in basementno experience here either. 6. major cleaning!

If you are hiring a painter then just have them paint the entire house first at onces. you want to start with the paint first so it does fall all over your appliances and flooring/carpet.
