And then...You get back on bigger pockets and explain how you've spent all this money and haven't yet gotten a deal and they all say to get your money back which is nearly impossible...With most people, I will recommend the 3 day boot camp for the few hundred bucks it might be.

Rinse and repeat a few years until you have a few multis and then use that cashflow to buy even more.Getting rich is not an overnight thing but it is very easy in america to get rich over 5 years with patience, hard work and diligence.

To paraphrase, real estate is not something you can jump into overnight and get rich quick.

Even if I'm unable to fix it up, if i could get it under contract for the right price I wonder if I'd be able to wholesale it to someone in the BP community.This is in the Louisville, KY Camp Taylor area, btw. 

Lastly, it would seem to me if the mine closes my property and the entire town become worthless over night. 

To remove the pet urine stains, I poured hydrogen peroxide directly on the stain, covered it with a hydrogen peroxide-soaked rag, and then covered that with plastic wrap and let everything sit overnight.
