Very, very flexible when two people cut out the "middle man", who himself has his hands tied behind his back due to ole Uncle Sam.

We had been house hacking through AirBNB (in the good ole days) and eventually this led us to this opportunity.

But I have seen this strategy at court house steps over the years when you have the little syndicates who control the bidding  you know the ( good Ole Boys)  they would buy deals with no margin just to keep it from going to a newbie in the hopes of driving them out.It worked in Clark Co WA.. when Gorrilla went there and knocked heads with Rod Nylund and his crew..

I have 2 properties in Hamilton 1 in Lockland and 1 in Monroe all the rest in good ole Lebanon.Self managing I've not wanted to venture too far from home. 

They platform cost a lot of money to put together, and they have to pay people and then here comes little ole Warrick that wants my time, and someone just called that is willing to give me $10K, for mentoring them!!!

She was wearing overalls and rubber boots, the simple farmer look, but I could tell she was a very wise ole gal.

Back to that same ole, if you are not helping people do not put wholesalers in a box, and do not thing the way you do business is any better.
