City is seeing tremendous investor interest and population growth.  

There is a tremendous amount of opportunity in this state!

That said, I have found a way (family loan) to buy myself some more time, which is a tremendous relief.

It's a large risk with little upside if you aren't in a tremendous equity position and flush with cash in case they call it due after finding the title transferred.

This would add tremendous value to this plot of land overtime and add value to the community in terms of newer places for people to live, but like I said, I only have about $100k to work with.

I would also check all fixtures in the building - a couple of leaky toilets can run through a tremendous amount of water each day.

Yes, I agree it's not a metro area but the Upstate of South Carolina has grown tremendously.
