Not sure where you are at with flips as another potential stream of real estate to get into but that's mostly what I work with.We have a couple deals on the east and north side that might be worth looking into if you are looking to expand.

Most investors I talk to who find me here on BP are from New York/New Jersey or California or the Middle East.

I own 2 units (North Austin) and I manage another 2 units (East Austin) that are all MTR.

And there are certainly large margins to be made.. the big builders in many markets want lots in real time they look for middle men to bring them to them.. in our Market here in PDX where they are located there are a few of them..

Strong public education is a foundational element of democracy and an important part of maintaining the middle class.

Not through middle men like Real Estate Agent and Wholesalers.
