The people that do need it are the ones who look for help getting started through these types of venues, I think.

@Michael L.It sounds to me like this isn't a matter about which venue will make you more money, but rather about stress and time. 

The property could be used for many things (split & developed, leased to another non-profit, leased to a horse stable manager, open a winery, wedding venue, etc.)

Hi All, for those of you who own storage units, what venues\sites have you found to be the best for marketing your storage units?

Im sure at the time you were ready to sell, you thought the magnificent job you did on this house would override the location.

No speakers or anything formal.Because we are 'real' real estate investors, one of us owned a bistro in town and offered that as a venue.  

Ended up playing blues in small venues.

I dont quite understand the pros and cons of each , or is there a better way to structure this.Planning to reach out to a few local RE attorneys but wanted to get thoughts here as well.Thanks,Venu
