Try to rent to Arsenal engineers who don't want the Madison traffic of gate 9(this place is close to gate 1)

Living in downtown Madison is expensive relative to rest of area and property should continue to appreciate as university and hiring grow.

I chose Decatur due to it being away from Huntsville Madison area yet still close enough for commuting, I could see Decatur going in any direction unfortunately as far as appreciation or depreciation.

They feel that there is a huge liability for them since they can't verify that the servicing was done properly before it got to them and cite CA SB900 as the source of this liability.So far, Madison Management and Note Serving Center in CA won't take the loans either.Anybody have any other recommendations?
