It can get frustrating when 300 people ask the very same question and expect some step by step how to of making easy riches - what the gurus preach to fleece the desperate of their cash.Additionally, wholesalers often take large portions of seller equity because the seller is naive, lied to, or some other reason.

If you go through a property management company, it's extremely likely their rentals will show on Zillow due to crawling, and of course other sources.There is such high demand for rentals throughout most of Arizona, that it borders on desperation for many soon-to-be tenants, and landlords hold the cards, not the renters.

My thought is that selling it now makes sense because buyers are so desperate they won't even mention the roof.

This shows. so much more strength then simply asking for seller financing as that can come off as desperate.
