Searching for handyman/contractor in Indianapolis

I picked up a duplex that's currently occupied Sept 1st and I'm currently closing on a vacant unit. I'm looking for a budget friendly, reliable, handyman or contractor to do a little bit of work. Can somebody shoot me a lead? I have a PM on my current unit but I'm not sure if I want to use them or not.

Property will need some drywall repair, paint, and bath remodel.
