Does anyone have recommendations for an investor friendly electrician in Penn Hills?  

I can't get a clear CO without that inspection since I am converting the property.Now I am in super hustle mode to find a new plumber and electrician to get these permits submitted (in between my day job) so I can get this place done and move on.

I had told our electrician to replace the fuse box when we first bought it and thought we were going to rehab it.

It's happened with electricians, constructions crews, cleaners, painters, etc.

I work for a builder full time so I'm used to requesting this info but my electrician is wary about providing license info (he's had issues with fraud in the past).

Turns out there is a lack of any tradesman in this area (plumbers, electricians, handymen and etc), resulting in lots of time spent trying to resolve issues when tenants report them. 

Hi Kyle,It would be wise to look at the amperage coming into the structure and have an electrician help you decide if it's adequate for two units, or if you need another drop from the power company. 

I'm an electrician by trade and sorting all the "stuff" out has been an interesting adventure.
