Some zip codes are homogenous (85255 for example would be North Scottsdale and an area with higher-priced homes; San Tan Valley has more entry-level homes that are popular with first-time homebuyers and investors) but most zip codes are a mixture.

As others have stated, I try to use the same color on all my units (Navajo White #1822, its a nice offwhite/light tan for the walls, gloss white for the trim).

@Raden Mantuano I would think if you do decide to change it up, go with a subtle color, like a tan, so it still looks professional.
