Has the coronavirus affected your investment strategies in a positive or negative way?

Also due to the Corona virus, is now a good time to invest in real estate?

Or if a tenant stops paying and you are unable to evict because of the current eviction moratoriums in place nationwide due to the Corona Virus.

@Marcus Auerbach I believe college isn’t for me because I haven’t enjoyed it this may be because of the corona virus but I never had a passion for engineering and always assumed if I had a degree for engineering that’s what I’d be.

Frederick Maryland's Board of Aldermen passed legislation back in July that prohibits landlords from increasing rents or charging late fees until 180 days after Maryland's coronavirus state of emergency is lifted. 

The place doesn’t look too appealing to me but they like the relative freedom from cal coronavirus lockdowns, party atmosphere, lower house prices and favorable gun laws.
