Anyone know any bidding services that handle bidding at the county sales for either Lake or Cook counties?

Sigh...fortunately I cook well, so I just have to prepare my own food.It's true that little things do make a difference.

Even if there are pockets of good blocks, the people from the bad blocks are still a little too close for comfort.Not only that but cook county has one of the worst landlord/tenant laws you'll ever find.

Could even be for removal of something in the interior, like gutting related to hazard. substances used on the property (meth cooking, etc.).  

The previous operator put about $70k into remodeling a lounge and cook line.
