Anyone in chicago going to the cook county  taxes sale June 3rd?

Ive never been to a tax sale not sure what to expect so im Looking for someone with some experience with taxes sales for some advice maybe mentoring anything information you can spare would be greatly appreciated than...

You educated yourself, rebuilt what you were doing, and are cooking now.

I feel like this is an absurd smoke screen for something else that Wynn is cooking up to screw us all at the benefit of her inner circle... or a distractions from the other billions of dollars she's wasted and illegal practices she's had swept under the rug.I'd better stop talking politics before things get out of hand.

Water damage like over-watering a potted plant can cause that.

All kidding aside the way I find the best prices, also being a trades person/contractor I just say "I'm looking for a competitive price where I can come back to you in the future, I cook lunch everyday for my guys and pay in cash at the end of the day.
