Hello all,I recently purchased a SFR in lyndhurst oh (a suburb on the east side of Cleveland).

We are all seduced by the shiny metrics like cash-on-cash returns of Memphis, Cleveland, Akron, and just about any middle American rural city.

@Ashton Cleveland I'm surprised no one else has chimed in yet as you are making a great move to start building some wealth. 

Hi Gabriel, since you're in an expensive market I'd look somewhere like Cleveland where your money will go further.

I'm renting a duplex in Cleveland (Lakewood) and having a hard time finding tenants for some reason.

I am in the market for a buy and hold multi-family property in Cleveland, Ohio.

The house will be paid off in June of 2026 and my plan was always to pay it off, use the increased cash flow from no mortgage to pay down other properties for a few years, and then sell it and 1031 into something closer to me in Cleveland. 

My contractor told me about loans for home improvement in Cleveland.

I have found duplexes in Cleveland where total monthly rent is $1400 and cost of the duplex is less than $15k. 

I know a couple deals in Akron, but I'd probably check out Holton-Wise in Cleveland.
