I know people are picking up units there and in the upset process after, but I haven’t witnessed any real deals.

We just received the K1 from the large company and am trying to break it down and figure out what to do w/ it.

I’ve also witnessed in a lot cases to where if the syndicator fell short of funds for DD, then those funds were raised as “at risk capital” from the investor for a nice percentage of the equity on the GP side.

The thing is, in the real world I don’t witness BOTH the things occurring.

Most issues I have witnessed with new construction condo purchases dealt more with incomplete construction, signoffs, and CO.
