A true example  I came across some time ago was a lady who wanted to sell her inherited property quickly.

Lots of interviews with folks who started their career as wholesalers and built wildly successful businesses. 

Have complementary skillsets and spell everything out in writing.I think folks just need to understand that buying rental properties is a business small medium or large... same principals apply like what your talking about.. just because in the US our lenders allow for this aggressive leverage situations for inexperienced investors does not mean one should just go hog wild  when they start..

Zillow is great and all but it can be wildly high and or low. 

So far I have spoken to Metro Detroit Property Management, Renters Warehouse and Great Day Property Management (GDPM).I am leaning towards GDPM just based on how the lady running it was very transparent about the basic questions I had asked and overall got a good feel. 

@Alexander Wardell  First thing you should do is to familiarize yourself with MA landlord/tenant laws - which are biased WILDLY in favor of tenants.Next, learn about Fair Housing.
