Usually the smaller independent wholesalers are much better and have better deals since they are more personal and can relate to the home owner and aren't some big company trying to steal their house.

The property is technically two identical duplexes right next to each other on one tax parcel of land.

You need a thick skin for this though because most people will think you're a scammer trying to steal people's houses LOL!
