Friends, fellow house hackers, and landlords, what tips do you have for this green landlord in taking this huge responsibility?

This is why my goal in life is to bring scammers like this to the light, and make sure they never succeed in taking advantage of people like this in the future.PLEASE...does anyone have any ideas of how I can stop the original sale?
