If you can only map one spreadsheet cell into a document blank once (I am not sure this is a limit but I will explain how to workaround if it is), then you can use cell references in the spreadsheet to copy that one piece of info into many spreadsheet cells; and then you can get by with a one to one mapping because you can have multiple cells.

The only reason I am struggling with this, and will consult an attorney (thanks for the advice Christian) is that I once I make a decision, it needs to be used consistently with everyone no matter how unimportant a specific piece of criteria might be.

I've been saying this for a while that I feel bad for the individuals who are just trying to get a piece of the pie(first time homebuyer). 

Sometimes, they can pull a piece of carpet from another area (eg closet) and patch it, but it can be hard to get an exact match as the colour will fade differently depending on where the carpet is.

When you buy a property, you are not just buying a property, you're buying a piece of a market. 

Put the pieces together here for us because from what you wrote, you should not be owning or renting out houses right now until you get a better grasp on what you need to do financially and to keep up a home.

Paul,    I started with house hacking and moved into buying a new SFH every two years with the eventual goal of buying a piece of real estate each year.

now if your rehab is better by 10k and say you shave some holding cost off you might only lose 2 to 3k.. ??
