I guess I don't understand why the third-floor owner above you would be responsible for repairs to a roof leak (unless they specifically caused damage to the roof, for example, maybe they installed an unauthorized satellite dish, etc.)

The satellite provider should be able to provide a pole that is put into the ground that is not attached to the building.  

I know the first answer is going to be contact a real estate lawyer but instead of dishing out $$ I'm asking the question here because I'm sure someone has run into this exact situation and therefore can offer insight.

The contents are all of your stuff at the rental: furniture, electronics, linens, dishes, etc.

That's two bathrooms.Double vanity, shower, toilet in one, single vanity, Bath, and toilet in the other.Kitchen sink with disposal, dish washer, and fridge ice maker plus grinder pump, and washer hookups. 

Same with outlet covers, a piece of molding, a new soap dish and rods (You have to have some form of consistency).

Go for it,, plan on an extra fridge,,,, I rent out a house 6 brs to 6 guys.. biggest challenge is dishes, and taking the trash to the curb, they take it out but no one wants to take it to the curb, otherwise has gone pretty well.Chore chart helps, you don't want to be their maid, unless everyone chips in and hires one.Also parking,, assign a spot and stick to it.
