@Dalyn Hazell if you set it up...guess who gets the call when Netflix starts buffering, a power surge renders the router and/or modem inoperable, or the local cable service is wiring in the neighborhood and internet is down for an hour or so. 

The house plans are completed and we are thinking about having 2-3 high quality renderings and using those along with the plans to sell the house on MLS.

The property is easiest to understand by checking out the renderings on the MLS with the address as: TBD SKYLINE DRIVE # LOT 2 OMAHA, AR 72662I am having a hell of a time getting a bank to lend on this since there are no container home comps in the area.

This merchant violated the Fair Credit Billing Act by not only misrepresenting their services, but by failing to render said services after collecting my money.  

Unless you have the ability to hold a property that may be rendered worthless from getting denied a conditional use permit or know the process inside and out, I would advise against obtaining a property that will require a conditional use permit in order to use as an STR.

Anyone out there using 3D Models or Renderings in any of their investments? 

2) Ring does not allow the ability to reconnect remotely, I have to do it when I am at the property, which renders remote monitoring useless.

Then again anyone you hire may still render you vulnerable to injury claims regardless of the insurance coverage you carry, & then it raises your WC premiums.

When you can buy existing houses by the millions through out the mid west and south east for far less than replacement costs render's most lots value less.
