What do you charge for recruiting new tenants? 

I'm afraid the tone of your posts are similiar to those of new multi level (network) marketing recruits, i.e.

You develop the systems and the on-the-ground team yourself - downside: it will take you too long to do it and you will spend several thousands of dollars visiting the place where you're going to invest, recruiting members of your team and then training them not just one time but on an on-going basis.

Hire/recruit one of the experienced investors to guide you.

@Reyes Velasco, I talked with a buyer last week who was a recruiter for Amazon.

No gimmicks or recruiting. 

Corporations are recognizing that they need to come back into the city to continue to recruit young talent, and Chicago is seeing a lot of the influx of these HQ's.  

I was an engineer for 9years and I was constantly being called by recruiters saying we have a position for $60/hr in Dallas, San Fran or New York.

A lot of undocumented workers were arrested, but the plant itself was not charged even though they had recruited these people.
