(any niche almost) find a rockstar internet marketer able to see what people type in Google then rank mega sites with all variations of search phrases + all cities within X miles and show up for 20,000 first page results...that'll dominate. 

Out of all the "legs" for prospecting where would my fellow realtors rank this method?

Lawyers fees, and then child support payments will be ranked higher than you in the future..  

Find a marketer  who can build mega sites to rank 20,000+ pages for all smaller cities with low competition.
