-Modular/prefab small multifam new-build: what key players do you absolutely HAVE to have, aside from a general contractor?

There are bad players in all areas.

I've worked in the multifamily industry now for over 6 years between two of the largest players in the commercial world (CBRE & JLL).

When you first jump in, the universe seems very large, but you'll find the world of real players; the guys/gals that continue to show us is tiny.    

There would only be about 3 active players with the rest being "passive".

FYI, there's a small player with similar but different concept, with AirBnb type model, called CloudCastles.io.

The 3 key players when starting out in MA are real estate agent, lender, and attorney.

Unbelievable really, but I guess that is just the current state of the market and the players in it.  

Nice guy, but he should probably focus on listening to his customers before talking so much in my opinion, didn’t even ask me if I had the time to speak to him, just rambled on.Anyway, should be easy enough to get those four key players. 

I have been a professional baseball player ever since I was drafted out of high school so all my attention has gone there but I'm ready to dive in the game.
