Things paused a little because of Covid and things do move kinda slowly, inherently, in Knoxville, in general.

There will be pauses and even pull backs. 

Things are a bit tight, so I think i'll have to have some upgrade work paused for a bit while I build up a bit more capital and get some units full. 

I had to take a big step back, pause life and really analyze myself to see where I was heading and what I was becoming.

If your gut instinct gives you pause, take a step back and reevaluate your options. 

So I did a total 180 and paused on DR to focus on stockpiling cash to be prepared should this real estate deal materialize.

Had to take a pause for the cause to read this while trying to work.

The numbers still seem to work, but this would be the roughest area we've invested in thus far and the vandalism gives me pause.  

My common practice now is I'll either pause the webinar or minimize it as it's running and open a new tab to start researching the internet for more information on the guru and product and service they're trying to sell. 

@Derek Summerford I always like the dave ramsey approach with debt... recommends putting pause on contributing to the roth to pay off the debt as quickly as possible  (if it isn't your mortgage).
