@Joe Melody -- I'm just guessing, but with all the income has from his businesses, it would probably be wise to *store* that income into real estate, for the many benefits it provides including tax benefits.

I phoned the Corporate Office of the Bank of Dad, which had no voice prompts or hold music, and after he verified who I was based on the incoming caller ID and my voice on the line, he offered to finance it for me.
