Hey SC Locals,My name is Chris, just dropping by to say hi and introduce myself as a new investor in Columbia.I graduated with both undergrad and MBA from "the" USC.

I am also thinking about doing an MBA in property management but that is for a later time.

This fall I will most likely start my MBA at William and Mary, so I would like to find some passive income opportunities. 

I'm in the process of evicting a tenant, just finished another semester of my MBA degree, my full time job is draining me out...Basically I lost motivation in investing in real estate...

I help manage my family's furniture and appliance retail store and am currently working on completing my MBA with graduation in December of 2017.

You can always get an MBA later if you want to jump to the business side of things. 

He wrote me a very salesmany 4 paragraph essay that ended up with the conclusion that he couldnt see the value anywhere.  

Before that, I got my undergrad degree from University of North Texas, an MBA from Drexel, and a Masters in Real Estate Planning from Florida International.I am always running around the DFW area if you want to get together for a coffee and chat real estate!

I am interested in athletic administration as a career which is why I am going back to school to get my MBA.

I was finishing up my MBA while working full time and raising a family.The last two weeks I've spent reviewing BP podcasts and watching Brandon's YouTube videos.
