In our household the rental income does all the heavy lifting (covers living expenses) and her income is more like Monopoly money, and goes towards mani/pedi/massages, and crazy expensive "healthy" foods that she loves.

Great Thread, super interesting to read.I have a Bachelors in Science, a Masters in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy......Cost about 250K:) Spent 5 years in that field after graduation with spare time spent buying rentals.

Love cooking, going for walks with my dog, living the single life, traveling, a good dry red wine, and face massages.
