It is strange that people fear marriage commitment, yet intertwine finances at a deep level, which is a far greater commitment.

The advice was to do everything to make it work...like a marriage...that there will be highs and lows but you need to make it work. 

Otherwise our tenants move for job changes, marriage/divorce, purchasing homes, etc.
