If I thought for one minute that that area had a long term play I would never have sold and for sure the old used houses  NO WAY NO how for me..

wink wink, if its in a grocery anchored center retail medicine would be a great alternate use.and I assume you are looking at a free standing single tenant building, especially if its a QSR....just very surprised there isn't some kind of a ground lease at play here, given the situation.  

Take it slow, create your path, see how it plays out with the first and then reassess.

What lists are you targeting plays a large roll also.

I believe they likely will talk, they share a back deck and am concerned the different rates may negatively impact the relationship if that scenario played out.
