I was just thinking about expanding to other makers.

I am 7 years out and it is doing okay but we had to replace the indoor/outdoor area rugs a few times so I am glad the carpet is goneFor a higher end tenant pool I would do it but expect to get some scratches on every move.

Not a bad idea, maybe Ill invite everyone from this thread to my backyard when i get the patio build done this summer :-)  Or someone @Ryan Arth ;-) could organize an informal akron BP meetup at the Mustard Seed Highland Square, mezzenaine, indoor-outdoor options ... coffee wine beer organic vegetable juices something for everyone 

The house is obviously vacant old newspapers, overgrown brush, city violations in door, etc.

I do not leave garbage disposals or ice makers in any of my units.

Local BP meet ups will be a good forum for me to make RE connections.

My ultimate goal is to make Real Estate my next/last career (no, I'm not close to retirement) and to build steady stream of income that will provide the security and time to do whatever I want.I'm looking forward to connecting with fellow BPers (especially those in the Boston market) and continuing my education which I know will be life long. 

You need a small local bank that manage investments for themselves, then you can get in and talk to a decision maker. 

I want to know if there is a process to doing it that can make it easier for a person that doesn't have a lot of time or money to dedicate to it but, wants to eventually make real estate investing their prime focus
