In the meeting there was not an all inclusive list of the follow up items for me to take care of so I asked for an email that listed what I needed to do with which government department, to ensure that my new company was set up properly with the government.

There isn't really an all inclusive list because it may vary on a case-by-case basis.

I am open to working with all groups.I am of the belief that businesses can always be improved upon whether its via an all inclusive program or a program that irons out a smaller problem that business owners face regularly within their systems.  

Does anyone know of any gov't paid rental programs (not Section 8) where I can provide all inclusive rentals to special needs individuals (hearing impaired, blind, etc) or vets and rent these single family homes by the room to these individuals.

Is that inclusive of homestead and other exemptions?  

@Chris Pochari, keep in mind that your net worth is far more inclusive than the amount of cash you have available for investment. 

Meaning, what are the realities; pitfalls, contract inclusions, tenant non performance, end of term concerns, etc, etc.
