Fridges are just another maintenance issue and I would get cheap ones without ice and water in the door so I think most tenants would prefer to bring their own nicer one.

Personally, I think stainless steel is so overdone.and there are so many SS laminating services out there that comes put a thin layer of SS over your appliances to make them stainless steel, some of them look funny after the application.I am tired of it.The new in thing is "White Ice".
