hold for 5 years and sell or hold forever?

Believe me - as a "Titanium Client" for 5 years - I have used ALL of their services, and I KNOW first-hand how Anderson's service has, SADLY, deteriorated.

But in my experience, you would be better off spending that same amount of time/hustle working a second part-time job with guaranteed income, then investing in buy-and-hold properties. 

You will never get a hold of anyone at Zillow.

My dilemma has been that I've gotten a little behind on some revolving debt that selling this property now could eliminate in addition to giving me cash on hand to trade into some better value or start a new construction duplex project I've been wanting to start.

Our hands are tied accordingly however as we cannot influence the appraiser and need to keep them truly independent (as every legitimate lender in the space knows as well if they want to continue as such)

This is just bad banking practice and FTC should be aware of digital platforms like Baselane in many ways abusing their powers and washing their hands off.
