What would be interesting to me if a software/program could do this analysis at a larger scale in order to identify off-market properties that have "below market" rents that would help prioritize someone's off-market focus.

I was reading AC3 grade laminate is as good as LVP.

I have been investing in real estate for a little over 2 years and have not been able to scale the way I want to due to the fact that I never was able to generate enough “good” leads to keep the money flowing.

I am a real estate broker and investor with a small portfolio but hoping to scale up.

I'm open to any advice and would love to connect with people here to build a solid team and eventually scale. 

I would like to plan my start for scaling (thinking of starting out with an owner occupied 2+ units to give a bit of experience owning and being a landlord.

You have to reach incredible scale to obtain the efficiencies to make it financially worthwhile.

AND I just finished "Scaling Smart" by the Fettke's a couple of weeks ago.

All my systems work together so my owning has higher returns the more I expand my co-hosting as I am vertically scaling.
