If you are a Nevada property owner and you fell like I do, I'd ask the you take a few minutes and write to Governor Sisolak and Attorney General Ford.

The governor actually passed legislation that was in support of short term rentals in Arizona.

Ever since the Governor signed it into law, there has been a dramatic increase in VR availability.  

I just wrote a letter to our governor outlining how this hurts sellers, how they are skirting laws, etc.  

Governor Christie would say this site is “JERSEY STRONG”.

The governor has declared an emergency. 

Governor Newsom will likely sign it.

Just as our current governor has pledged, he's working to eliminate the need for licensure in trades that really don't need regulation.
