You seem convinced he will not change or be considerate, but that is your own bias.

Goes without saying that this has NOTHING to do with race, gender, or other social status.I actually saw a BP podcast episode where an investor broke down his section-8 investment strategy, and he targets long-term tenants who are lower-income but still keep the home in good shape, pay on time, etc.

Fwiw, I keep calling my elected officials (and radio stations that broadcast tenant biased reporting)...            

., I'm slightly biased, but before I joined @David Greene and his team, I read "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" and it stoked my fire. 

That being said, everyone has some type of bias.

I am allergic to cats so this makes me biased but they stink and I can usually tell there is a cat in the house as soon as I walk in. 

But I got caught holding a house in the 2008 crash and only made $50k instead of $150, so I might be biased. lol.
