So a little bit about me - I have zero experience in the real estate investing, my background is as a former freelance Web developer and all around ninetofiver.

In highschool I moved on to my photography business : I still maintain the photography business and it paid for all of my college: I freelance photoshop logo, info sheets and designs along with website designing : I now Invest in Real Estate.. my goal as a 10 year old..

I do web development as a freelancer but after running into some financial hardships I just want better return for my time and money. :)REI experience:My background in REI is that I've helped my mom sell her house while working with an agent and got exposure to the many aspects of selling a home.
