Check the in person events and meetups in your local area, our online community is full of knowledge and folks willing to share and still nothing replaces the opportunity to interact IRL, you never know who you will meet and where that can take you on your REI journey.

I can't connect you with IRA/401k lenders, but certainly you can educate folks on this concept.

These folks, although well intentioned, do not offer any local networking.

They may be entitled to compensation regardless since you are in LA County.

Looking for some insight/ experiences from folks who have furnished rentals/ Airbnb in Anaheim (City requirement 31 day minimum unless you have a permit).  

I wanted to see if folks had feedback on how the market is doing this year… looking at AirDna (obviously historical data) , it seems like my numbers will work out.
