Lots of info to digest, as well as the upcoming holiday feast!

So much information to digest in such a little time.

Any and all feedback is welcomed ... after digesting it, I should be able to focus future questions a little better.

That is my BP readers-digest short-version of my SAFE ACT talk.

You'll need to put this all into a marketing package that a buyer can digest.  

I know his no debt ever position  is hard to digest as a RE investor, but he has great budget forms and advocates ways and reasons to stay out of credit card & student loan debt, car payments, etc.  

The problem I've found with BP is there is so much information and so many willing to help and give their advice that its overwhelming how much information you're trying to digest and focus on.

I'm just a beginner and it would take me a while to digest your response but it would be greate if you can tell me how to download your Spreadsheet.

My immediate goals are to meet professionals in my area and other locations, digest as much information as I can, and most importantly, develop a short term and long term strategy that will lead me to dream home on an island somewhere in the Pacific :-) I'm excited to start this new journey and meeting great people along the way!
