Meh, Paint it. if it was a darker or lighter tone I may say save it but that old, yellowed finish just looks tired. it will look 10x better with an offwhite, smooth finish.

I looked at it and thought it was a pretty good place for a tree in the front yard - not too close to the house but close enough for some shade and to look nice.

In general, though, wood panel walls make rooms darker and seem smaller whereas drywall will do the opposite. 95% of all areas are probably going to receive a higher ARV with drywall but whether or not the cost offsets the increased sales price is something you will need to investigate more thoroughly based on the market you are in.

When you filter down price on MLS and display on a map you get same shape as you will see when you go on Trulia and look at a crime map of Milwaukee.I would generally recommend to stay away from everything that is shaded blue!

I would research doing Solar panels over the roof with about 3 foot overhangs for shade.

Although, most of Lansing is in some shade of the Trulia crime map.
