Granite counter tops? 

Such as new roof, carpet, counter tops, electrical cox, and paint of course.  

I currently work and have worked construction for the past ten doing tile, perfect granite countertops and other masonry like brick, and natural stone. 

(kitchen countertop, ground etc....)    

I do hire cleaners even when the tenant leave its "broom clean" because new tenants expect better than that.If you have documented repair costs for things like the cabinets and countertops I think you can charge for those.

No sure about thermo foil or regular foil I am not looking to put the foil on the counter tops, just the cabinets.
