I’m uncertain whether I should be trying to join a high performing team at this point or if I should be focusing more on being a solo agent at a brokerage (Compass, BHHS and KW are most prevalent in my area).

There is little room for compassion in business as it does is place the landlord in the same position financially as the tenant.

They're either shut down by moderators due to abusers posting libelous, slanderous and disruptive content or website owners with an ethical moral compass that won't allow them to support hate-speech. 

Although Compass has been purchasing teams at 2-3 times earnings on the east coast.

.- They have no moral compass. 

But just as in dentistry, we should be caring for the denture adjustment patient with the same compassion as the full mouth rehab patient.
