Hope everyone is showing compassion and empathy to their tenants.

I’m uncertain whether I should be trying to join a high performing team at this point or if I should be focusing more on being a solo agent at a brokerage (Compass, BHHS and KW are most prevalent in my area).

Their commission plans are unmatched.If you're looking for more support, growth, and development, and are looking to work in Real Estate full time (besides taking time off for your own Flips and BRRRRs, etc) I'd highly recommend my current brokerage, Compass Realty.

I have listed this post as Dallas Texas so maybe it will attract some folks that are local as well as folks outside of the area so I can get a true understanding of where to point my compass. 

There is little room for compassion in business as it does is place the landlord in the same position financially as the tenant.

They're either shut down by moderators due to abusers posting libelous, slanderous and disruptive content or website owners with an ethical moral compass that won't allow them to support hate-speech. 

Although Compass has been purchasing teams at 2-3 times earnings on the east coast.

.- They have no moral compass. 

But just as in dentistry, we should be caring for the denture adjustment patient with the same compassion as the full mouth rehab patient.

I'm sure most will loose any compassion as soon as they see the opportunity to make an extra $15k...Any responsible and fair wholesalers with multi family deals?
