I've found a cleaner and handyman, but even with that I want to know how to best manage them and set them up for success!

Who is your favorite duct cleaner?

This includes communicating with guests, coordinating with cleaners and performing any maintenance tasks we have not yet hired out (restocking supplies, minor repairs, etc.).

I plan to self manage for this time being since I have a great cleaner/repair service team who also does emergecy calls for me.

Just focus on best market to be in, buy a property, and hire cleaners and repair folks.

Call me a cynic, but in my experience a local saying “I’m just looking for a quiet weekend with my beau” can be translated directly to “I’m going to invite 30 people over, trash your house, and if all goes well the police will be called and you’ll have to pay your cleaners more than you earned on this booking.” 

I'm looking for a good handyman and cleaners. 

Is it normal to not meet your cleaner? 

I know from an accounting / tax perspective this would make things cleaner but I want to get started in finding / making deals.
