Also, keep your ductwork out of the attic if at all possible to avoid chemical smell from AC unit.

No portable kerosene/gas/incense burning; limit candle burning; no excessive odorous chemicals/sprays/vapors; restrict toilets to biological waste and tissue paper; keep drains clear No BBQ’s or open fires in units or under eaves, canopies, porches.

If it was a meth lab you'll need to contact the city to obtain special permitting as well as testing to ensure that it doesn't have toxic chemicals and is safe for occupancy.

Nor do you know the specifics about chemicals used to treat it, you likely don't have the mega expensive professional mower and other equipment they have, you don't have a crew of guys who can get it done in 30 minutes, etc. 

You can use it to grind off the material, without using chemicals with foul odors. 

You better install a dryer or heat treat rather than chemical treat.

Vaping still uses nicotine and other chemical flavoring and suspension agents, and be spilled on carpets ,counters etc.Calling smoking by a different name is still smoking.
