There are certain developments that have it built into their CC and ours that you are not allowed to do weekly rentals.

My analysis software has this deal at about a 15% C/C.

At the bottom I would cc:(The highest official at that housing authority office) Send the letter to both the social worker incharge of your tenant and the housing director.

I use lowes CC. they give me 5% back on all purchases.

FWIW my experience with students has been fine, they were good kids, I think most attending NYU not the local CC.

You can use only your own credit card, not somebody else’s one.I never take credit card payment as their application fees - only cash/check/CashApp You can tell them to apply through Zillow or other resources but they have to authorize use of them/c themselves - not you using their c/c.

Pay off all your debts (everything thing) no car payment (sell it if you have one & buy a reliable one for cash), pay off your cc, when you need money for your income property you'll be in a great spot to maximize things... 

I carry as little CC debt as possible, I try to keep it at zero.

I have also never made a car payment or payed CC interest.Im finding getting over being looked down upon because of my age/appearance is a real pain.
