Fast forward ten years from now to where you are holding rental properties but have nothing saved for retirement: that may be an anxiety-inducing scenario depending on your mindset.

@Nicholas Kronick I lived in vehicles and worked sporadic odd jobs around the world “living the dream” being a climbing bum for much of my twenties.

Guy got all bummed but his wife said "call her again" so he laid on a high pressure guilt trip about how he already did due dilligence and his investors were waiting, so she just threw up her hands and agreed to the deal.

Then on the other hand you are complaining that the land isn't selling at it's current price but now you're bummed because you want more money to help Grandpa pay off his mortgage.

Bummed we won't be able to connect, @Joseph Breamer has raved about getting to know you and all of the great insight you have.

O'boy & I though our 1970's (vertigo inducing) black & red tile bathroom was bad.

pretty common with this BRRRR.. to make the numbers work to induce you to buy  they are usually blue sky numbersits a very risky proposition for someone out of state to do this.. just is.. 

I realize not everyone will see or read every post but I was a bit bummed out to see that there were no replies from investors.The more I look at posts/replies the more it seems there are mostly people looking to start and very few that have "made it".   

Otherwise, I am bummed there is not a more involved meet up with young and old excited investors looking to network, find deals, and share stories over some drinks or dinner?
